Dear Friends,

Greetings from Bangladesh.  How are you doing?  I am doing well.  Today two Japanese left Bangladesh.  One of them is from my church, and another is a board member of LMJ.  They have stayed in Bangladesh for 6 days.  They came to Joyramkura Christian Hospital and visit Mymensingh Medical College Hospital and schools in Haluaghat.  I think they could get to know Bangladesh and people better than before.  And I am glad that they could see where I work and how I work.

They brought a lot of stuff for me.  Most of them are medical instruments.  And also among them there were Japanese food, books, and other lovely goods.  I was really glad to read the card from my church people.  They remind me that I am always remembered and they pray for me.

In the hospital, a new doctor joined us in early August.  He has just finished the internship.  He doesn’t have much experience especially in surgery.  So he is learning to close the skin now.  We hope that he can learn a lot and become a good doctor.

Prayer request
1.    Please pray for doctors who are overworking
2.    For my communication skill in Bengali
3.    For a new doctor
4.    For Bangladesh, there are a lot of conflicts among political groups.
